Official Student-Parent Regulatory Framework

1. Code of Conduct & Disciplinary Action Framework
⏱️ Punctuality & Attendance
Students must arrive before 7:30 AM daily. A physical written excuse is required for any absence within 24 hours.
👔 Attire & Footwear
Approved, clean uniforms must be worn daily. Mandatory footwear consists of black polished shoes with plain white socks.
📵 Devices & Property
Mobile phones and personal electronics are strictly prohibited. Any facility damage will be billed directly to parents.

🛑 Anti-Bullying Mandate: The institution enforces a zero-tolerance policy for physical, verbal, or cyberbullying. Verified actions bypass lower disciplinary warnings.

Disciplinary Measures Matrix

Level 1 (Minor) Uniform violations, lateness, forgotten homework. Verbal warning, written reflection, campus beautification.

2. Fees Payment & Financial Deadlines

All school fees must be paid on or before the first day of each term via bank deposit or official mobile money channels. Proof of transaction must be submitted to secure an official receipt. All paid tuition and registration fees are strictly non-refundable.

⚠️ Late Surcharge & Exclusion: Accounts not on installment plans receive a maximum 2-week grace period from reopening. Payments made after this window trigger a 5% late administrative charge. Students with active unpaid balances after these respective dates face temporary classroom exclusion.

3. Academic & Grading Policies
  • Assessment Weights: Calculated as 40% Continuous Assessment (CA) and 60% End-of-Term Examinations.
  • Homework Integrity: Parents must actively monitor and physically sign off on daily student homework logs.
  • Promotion Standard: Students must achieve a minimum overall average of 50% to advance classes.
  • Progress Reports: Official reports are issued directly to parents at the close of each academic term.

4. Extracurricular Guidelines
  • Mandatory Tracks: Annual enrollment in at least one club is compulsory. Options: Cadet Corps, Music & Drama, ICT & Robotics, Debate Club, Sports and Girls’ Guide.
  • Academic Prerequisite: A minimum 55% average is required to represent the school in inter-school competitions.
  • Excursions: Trips require explicit signed parental consent forms and separate payment 1 week in advance.
  • Schedules: Club operations run Wednesdays and Fridays from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Promt parental pickup is required.

5. Health, Safety, and Security
  • Contagious Sickness: Symptomatic children must stay home to ensure community containment.
  • Prescription Management: Staff will administer medication only with explicit, physical written parental consent.
  • Secure Dismissal: Release is strictly restricted to designated guardians presenting valid school identity cards.
  • Drills: Mandatory evacuation and emergency security drills are conducted each term.

6. Admissions and Withdrawal
  • Age Eligibility: Applicants must precisely meet the institutional age floor specified for their class level.
  • Entrance Assessments: Comprehensive testing is required for all incoming upper-class tiers.
  • Formal Withdrawal: Parents must provide a minimum of one-month written notice to administrative offices before withdrawing any student.
